Mental health challenges can affect anyone, but it’s easy to think they can’t touch you, until they do. While facing anxiety, depression, or trauma is difficult, getting help can also be intimidating. We worry about the labels we’ll put on ourselves, and that others will put on us, if we seek help. However, when you come to any EHN Canada facility for treatment, you leave shame and stigma at the door and join a community committed to your recovery.
We take an evidence-based approach to your treatment. Each of our programs has the ideal number of expert-led therapy hours to maximize your success. We use proven techniques, like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), to help you meet your recovery goals. Depending on your program, you’ll work with an interprofessional team of physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, nutritionists, and physical exercise instructors for holistic care.
